Energy assessment
Review of the DPE (the French energy performance certificate), identification of the property's weak points and of priority works with diagnostic professionals.
Project preparation
Consultation of vetted contractors, detailed quotes, choice of sustainable materials and information on the grants available.
Works coordination
The contractors carry out the works under their own responsibility and guarantees. Covesta coordinates the parties involved and monitors progress on site.
Acceptance and handover
Formal acceptance of the works with the contractors, a new DPE where applicable and handover of the documentation needed for your accounts.
The works are carried out by vetted third-party contractors holding the required insurance and guarantees (professional liability insurance and the garantie décennale, the mandatory ten-year builder's guarantee). Covesta acts in a coordination role and does not carry out the works itself.

MaPrimeRénov'
Up to €30,000
French state grant for energy renovation works. The amount depends on household income and on the energy improvement achieved.
Certificats d'Économie d'Énergie (CEE)

Energy savings certificates: bonuses paid by energy suppliers for each standardised energy-saving operation.
Déficit foncier
Up to €21,400 a year
Property income deficit: renovation works are deducted from your property income and your overall income (unfurnished letting).

Up to €50,000
Zero-interest loan to finance energy renovation works, with no income conditions.
